Appointment Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to notify may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, EFT, and medical aid claims where applicable.
• Any outstanding balances not covered by medical aid remain the patient’s responsibility.

Refunds & Returns

• Refunds on medical supplies are only issued for unused, unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Consumables and personalized medical products are non-refundable unless defective.

Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and information.
• Follow prescribed treatments and advice given by WMSC healthcare professionals.
• Treat staff and other patients respectfully.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• WMSC is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Personal and medical information will only be used for the purpose of providing healthcare and related services.

Limitations of Liability

• WMSC provides healthcare services in good faith but is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by patients.
• We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, and logos, are the property of WMSC.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

• WMSC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
